Welcome to the International Cruise Victim Lawyers Association (ICVLA). Several cruise ship victims founded ICVLA with help from several lawyers starting around 2009. Ultimately, at least one of the team contributed to drafting the Cruise Ship Safety Act. The people we acknowledge as contributors and guests here embody a spirit of advocacy, justice, and unwavering dedication. The ICVLA’s mission is to assist victims of unfortunate circumstances that can occur during a cruise ship journey to make them whole and prevent future similar incidents.
